摘  要:为了能够准确测量活塞泵实际排量,根据往复式活塞泵排量计量原理,基于测量吸入容积效率的方法来计算活塞泵实际排量。首先针对影响吸入容积效率的主要因素,自行研制了一种高浓度黏稠物料吸入容积效率测试装置,然后简要介绍了测试装置的组成及测试原理,建立了基于吸入容积效率计算实际排量的数学模型,再者开展高浓度煤泥实验,通过改变煤泥的质量分数、吸料速度、料缸长径比等工况来研究大口径活塞泵吸入容积效率,从而验证了该方法的可行性。通过该方法计算活塞泵实际排量,不仅更符合工程实际,而且能够研究何种工况下实际排量更接近于理论排量,为提高泵送效率及工程应用提供了技术依据。In this paper the measurement principle of the output of a reciprocating piston pump is described. In order to accurately measure the actual output of the piston pump, a method based on measuring the suction volumetric efficiency to calculate the actual output of the piston pump is introduced. Firstly, a suction characteristic test device for high concentration and viscous materials is researched and developed independently based on the main factors that impact the suction volumetric efficiency. Secondly, the composition and test principle of the test device are simply expounded. The mathematical model for calculating the output of the piston pump based on suction volumetric efficiency is established. Finally, the experiment of measuring the suction volumetric efficiency of coal slime is described in detail. Through changing the physical features, sucking velocity, slenderness ratio of the suction cylinder and other performances, the variation of suction volumetric efficiency of the large caliber piston pump was researched. Using this method to calculate the actual output of the piston pump, it is not only in accordance with the actual work, but also able to study in what conditions the actual output is more closer to the theoretical output value, which provides a technical basis to enhance the efficiency of the pump.
