摘　　要：目的:研究人原发性肝癌(hepatocelluar carcinoma,HCC)中的钠氢交换蛋白1(Na+/H+ exchanger1,NHE1)的表达以及与肝癌侵袭转移的关系,进一步探讨其在临床中的意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测人HCC组织、癌旁组织中NHE1蛋白的表达水平,分析人HCC组织中NHE1蛋白的表达情况与临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果:人HCC组织中NHE1蛋白的表达显著高于癌旁组织中NHE1蛋白的表达(t=17.821,P<0.05),其阳性率也显著高于癌旁组织(χ2=42.507,P<0.05)。NHE1蛋白的表达与组织学分级、临床TNM分期以及有无门静脉癌栓密切相关(P<0.05),而与HCC患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤个数、血清AFP水平临床病理学指标无关(P>0.05)。结论:NHE1蛋白在人HCC组织中表达水平升高,可能与HCC的恶性程度、疾病的进程以及人HCC的侵袭转移有密切的关系。Objective： To study the expression of Na^＋/H^＋ exchanger 1 （NHE1） protein in primary human hepatocelluar carcinoma （HCC） and its clinical significance. Methods： Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of NHE1 protein in HCC and adjacent normal tissues. The association between the expression of NHE1 protein and the patients＇ clinical and pathologic parameters was analyzed. Results： NHE1 protein expression levels and positive staining rates in human HCC were significantly higher than those in paraneoplastic tissues. NHE1 protein expression was significantly correlated with histological grade, clinical TNM stage and portal tumor thrombus, but was not related to patient age, tumor size, number of tumors, or serum AFP level. Conclusion： NHE1 protein is upregulated in human hepatocellular carcinoma tissues. The higher expression of NHE1 protein is closely related to the degree of malignancy, disease progression, invasion and metastasis of HCC.
