摘 要:从整车开发的要求出发,探讨分析车身设计所应达到的设计目标。首先,论述了设计目标的影响因素。在深入分析设计规划的基础上,结合质量屋分析法,提出了设计目标分析模型。该模型充分考虑了质量的多重性,保证了每项质量需求都有相应的技术特征与其匹配。最后,将此模型应用于汽车车身设计中,结果表明,此模型最大程度地提高了顾客满意度。This paper stated the design objectives of the vehicle body based on the requirements of vehicle development. First of all, the affecting factors on the design objectives have been described. Based on design planning and house of quality, a model of design object planning was presented. The multiplicity of the quality was considered sufficiently in the model. At the same time, each quality requirements were ensured to match the corresponding engineering improvement design of vehicle. Finally, this model was applied to vehicle body design, the results show that customer requirements were satisfied.
