摘　　要：介绍了YZ90机油冷却器的组成,阐述了其工作原理。根据YZ90机油冷却器气密性检测的要求,确定了检测方案,设计了检测试验台的气压系统。最后通过PLC实现对检测试验台的控制。Component parts and work principle of YZ90 type engine oil cooler are introduced.The detection scheme is determined by the requirement of gas tightness, and the atmospheric pressure system of the detecting test stand is designed and the detecting test stand is controlled by PLC.
