摘　　要：目的:观察麦胚油胶丸治疗高脂血症的药效学作用。方法:采用高胆固醇和高脂饲料喂养法致大鼠及鹌鹑实验性高血脂症,观察麦胚油胶丸治疗高脂血症的药效学作用。结果:麦胚油胶丸能明显降低高脂血症大鼠及鹌鹑的血清TC、TG及LDL-c的含量,但对HDL-c无明显的影响。结论:麦胚油胶丸具有降血脂作用。Objective： To observe the pharmacological role of Wheat Embryo Extract for the treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods： Fed with high -cholesterol and adipose die to induced hyperlipemia models in rat and quails, to observe the pharmacological role of Wheat Embryo extract for the treatment of hyperlipemia, Results： Wheat embryo extract can obviously reduce the contents of cholesterin （TC）, triacylglycerol （TG）, low -density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL -c） in the serum of hyperlipemia rat and quails, but it has no obvious effect on high -density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- c ） . Conclusions： Wheat embryo extract has effects of hypolipidemic.
