摘 要:为了选择高Δ3-蒈烯的思茅松优良无性系,对5年生的40个思茅松高产脂嫁接无性系及1个对照的松脂中Δ3-蒈烯含量等进行测定.结果表明:松节油中Δ3-蒈烯含量大于对照的有18个,较对照Δ3-蒈烯含量平均提高了419.9%;方差分析结果表明,无性系间Δ3-蒈烯含量存在极显著差异;Δ3-蒈烯的无性系遗传力为0.99;初步选择出11个高Δ3-蒈烯含量的高产脂优良无性系,其平均产脂力约为普通思茅松的2.7倍,Δ3-蒈烯含量的遗传增益为415.7%.In order to select superior clones from Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis with a high content of △3-carene in turpentine, the paper analyzed and thus determined the △3-carene contents of 40 5-year-old high-resin-yield clones and a control. Results show that among the 40 clones, 18's contents are higher than that of the control and their average is 419.9% higher than the control. Results of variance analysis also show that △3-carene contents among the clones have a significant difference arid their clone heritability is 0. 99; and that 11 superior clones from the 40 are selected, their genetic gain is 415.7% and their average resin-producing capacity is 2.7 times that of the control.
