苦豆籽粕对鸡几种肠道菌体外生长影响的研究

摘　　要：为研制苦豆籽粕-双歧杆菌合生元并寻求二者的最佳配比,试验采用2%、4%、6%、8%苦豆籽粕液体培养基分别进行了两歧双歧杆菌、鸡白痢沙门杆菌和大肠杆菌进行了体外生长影响研究。结果表明:6%苦豆籽粕对两歧双歧杆菌的增殖作用最明显,与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。2%、4%、6%苦豆籽粕对鸡白痢沙门杆菌生长的影响与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),对大肠杆菌生长的影响与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);8%苦豆籽粕对鸡白痢沙门杆菌生长的影响与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),对大肠杆菌生长的影响与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。In order to explore the Foxtail - like sophara seed＇ s dregs - Bifidobacterium synbiotics and seeks the best proportion, the influence of the Foxtail - like sophara seed＇ s dregs to Bifidobacterium was studied, .S. pullorum, E. coli with different concentrations of 2% ,4% , 6% , 8% in vitro respectively. The result indicated that it had remarkable promotion effect on Bifidobacterium bifidun after adding 6% concentration the Foxtail - like sophara seed＇s dregs and it was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） compared with the control group. The difference of the concentra- tions of 2% , 4% , 6% of the Foxtail - like sophara seed＇s dregs＇influence on S. pullorum was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, compared with the control group. It had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） on the influence of the growth of chickens E. coli, compared with the control group, the 8 % concentration of the Foxtail - like sophara seed＇s dregs on growth of S. pullorum had extremely significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , compared with the control group. It was significant （P 〈 0.05） on the growth of chickens E. coli, compared with the control group.
