摘　　要：通过对Kaizen持续改善的理念、内容、方法和实施环境的综合阐述,论证了渐进式改善与切换式变革之间的哲学关系。以某汽车制造企业物流领域的实践案例论述了导入Kaizen方法体系的具体工作流程、改善效果,论证了持续改善的广泛适应性,得出了持续改善是创新和变革的基础的结论。The paper introduces the idea, contents, methods and applied environment of Kaizen, discusses the relationship between gradual improvement and switching transform, expatiates on the work process, improved results after introducing Kaizen system into the logistics field of a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise and considers that Kaizen is the base of innovation and revolution.
