摘  要:球形滚刀是一种基于展成原理的新型高效内齿轮加工刀具,但几何形状复杂,制造困难.为了解决球形滚刀制造的关键技术——铲齿工艺,提出了在通用五坐标数控铣床上实现铲削加工的方法.根据滚刀和被加工齿轮的啮合关系,建立了铲齿球形滚刀齿侧面的数学模型,计算了球形滚刀的侧刃后角,推导了球形滚刀铲齿加工的运动方程,给出了在A'-B型五坐标数控铣床上编写零件加工程序的后处理方法.用该方法加工出的球形滚刀可以达到A级滚刀的精度要求,同时大大降低了制造成本.A spherical hob cutter is a new kind of highly-efficient inner gear cutter designed on the basis of expansion theory. Unfortunately its geometric shape is complex and it is difficult to manufacture. In order to resolve key difficulties in manufacturing the hob-cutter, the method for cutting spherical hobs in a standard 5-axis milling machine was analyzed. Based on the mating relationship between an internal gear and the hob, a mathematical model of the hob's side surface was established. The clearance angle of the side edge of the hob was calculated, the motion equations of its cutting action were derived, and the post processing required for an A-B type computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine was formulated. The precision of a hob produced in this way is grade-A and the cost of manufacturing is greatly reduced.
