摘　　要：人工流产严重危害妇女身心健康,特别人工流产后可能会出现继发不孕、生殖免疫损伤、子宫内膜的修复及再生障碍等。为避免重复性人工流产,人工流产后服务很重要,它主要包括口服避孕药和宫内节育器的使用,并强调了服务中人际交流的重要性。Artificial abortion is harmful for women＇ s physical and psychological health, especially can lead to secondary infertility, reproductive immune damage, endometrial repair and regenerate dysfunction. Post abortion care （PAC） is essential for avoiding recurrent artificial abortion, which containing the use of oral contraceptive and intrauterine device. It is also important for PAC to emphasize the interpersonal communication.
