摘　　要：大学生志愿服务西部计划距今已经实施了五年之久，通过对陕西省、宁夏、甘肃、新疆等地的支教西部大学生志愿者现状的调查，简要分析了支教西部大学生志愿者现状，认为支教教师在给西部贫困地区学校带来了先进的教育理念和思想观念，在基层锻炼了才干的同时，也存在诸多问题，我们就此给予了相关建议和思考，希望能给这些地区的《大学生志愿服务西部计划》志愿者们支持和帮助。Until now, the plan of undergraduate volunteers to western has been carried out for 5 years. By investigating actuality of undergraute volunteers to western on Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province, Uygur Autonomous Region and etc.,this article is to give brief analysis for actuality about undergraduate volunteers to western, and think volunteer teachers not only bring advanced education ethic and concept for schools in western depressed areas, but exercise their ability in the basic level, and there are also many problems turning up on these volunteer teachers, for which we make related suggestion and consideration, and hope we can give support and help for these undergraduate volunteer to above western areas.
