摘　　要：非正式组织对企业既有正面影响，又有负面作用，作为企业管理者要对之趋利避害，通过鼓励、加入、重视核心人物、参照、文化引导等措施加强管理。Informal organization has both positive and negative influence to enterprise. Leaders of enterprise must make use of advantage while prevent disadvantage from informal organization. Strengthen control of informal organization by encourage ,joining, thinking highly of key figure, consulting and guiding of culture and so on measure.
