摘　　要：本文初步测定了福建南方红豆杉中紫杉醇含量实验采用甲醇或无水乙醇作浸提剂，在室温条件下连续搅拌分别浸提试样得粗浸提液，经离心分离，取精浸提液减压蒸发得粗提取物，用二氯甲烷萃取，减压蒸发得红豆杉浸膏．ＨＰＬＣ法测定紫杉醇含量，其中紫杉醇的质量分数在树皮中为３８×１０－４，木材中为７６×１０－５。This paper deals with determination of the content of Taxol in Taxus mairei (Taxus chinensis(Pilg.)Rehcvarmairei Lemee et Levl)in Fujian ProvinceIn this experiment, bark,xylem,branches and leaves of Taxus mairei in Fujian are respectively extracted with alcohol or methyl alcohol under room temperatureFirstly,the extract solution is centrifugated and is evaporated under vacuum;secondly,the extractive is extracted again with dichloride methane,finally the dichloride methane solution is collected and evaporatedThe content of Taxol is determined with HPLCThe mass ratio of Taxol in bark is 3810-4,7610-5in xylem and5210-5in branches and leaves
