镶拼木地板生产刀具国产化的研究

摘　　要：本文对引进的镶拼木地板生产设备进行刀具国产化研究，试制替代刀具６种类型每套共１５片，其中主要矛盾为开料机刀具，对其基体变形、掉齿、超差、耐用度等进行分析。This paper presents the research on the cutter used in producing floor panel board.Special studies are made on the opening cutter in order to analyse its transformation, gear,accurancy and durability.Six sets of substitute cutters are developed with 15 pieces for each set,which can achieve marked economic and social benefits.
