摘  要:以乙醇为提取剂,采用微波法提取玫瑰叶黄酮,探讨乙醇浓度、固液比、颗粒粒度、微波功率、微波时间对玫瑰叶黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:乙醇浓度、固液比和微波时间对玫瑰叶黄酮提取率影响较大,而颗粒粒度的影响较小。在微波功率为136W时,玫瑰叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%(V∶V),固液比1∶50(W∶V),颗粒粒度40目,微波时间1.0min。此条件下,玫瑰叶黄酮提取率为3.98%。同时研究表明,玫瑰叶黄酮对亚硝酸盐具有很强的清除能力,当黄酮添加浓度为0.12mg/mL时,清除率可达67.9%,与0.04mg/mL的VC效果相当。By using ethanol as the solvent, flavonoids in rose leaves was extracted by micro-wave assistant extraction. The yield of flavonoids extracting in rose leaves was studied by changing the concentration of ethanol, the ratio of material to solution, the particle size, micro-wave power, micro-wave time. The results showed that the concentration of ethanol, the ratio of material to solution, microwave time had a great effect on the flavonoids extraction, while the particle size had less effect. Under 136 W micro-wave power, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows., ethanol concentration 70% (V : V), ratio of material to solution 1 : 50(W : V), particle size 40mu, micro-wave time 1.0 min. In such conditions, the flavonoids yield in rose leaves was 3. 98%. It was also proved that the flavonoids in rose leaves had better capacity in nitrite clearance. The clearing rate was 67. 9% when the addition of flavonoids was 0.12 mg/mL, and it was equal to 0.04 mg/mL Vc.
