摘 要:为研究诱导体在304不锈钢化学镀镍磷合金中的作用,采用对比试验,对镀层的机械性能进行研究。在施镀过程中用铝丝和铜丝作为诱导体,分别与不锈钢试样发生接触,诱导氧化还原反应发生,使镍磷合金在基体上不断沉积。试验测试了镀层的显微硬度和耐蚀性能,并通过金相观察镀层的微观形貌。结果表明:铝丝、铜丝作为诱导体都能使不锈钢基体获得厚度均匀、表面平整光洁的N i-P镀层;但分析两种诱导体作用下的镀层硬度和耐腐蚀时间,可以得出由铝丝诱导作用得到的镀层比铜丝作用得到的镀层耐蚀性能好,镀层膜厚较大,硬度较高。To study the effect of inducement on electroless plating nickel of stainless steel, the mechanical property experiments were finished by comparative method. Aluminum wires and brass wires were respectively choosed as the inducement which contracted the stainless steel sample in electroless plating. And then oxidation-reduction reaction happened in plating solution, Ni-P alloy would be induced and continuously deposited on the sample. Coating microhardness and corrosion resistance were examined and analyzed, the coating surface morphologies also were observed by metallographic. The experimental results indicate that the Ni-P coating in aluminum wires and bass wires action has the same characters such as deposit brightness, thickness uniformity. However, the microhardness and corrosion resistance of Ni- P alloy coating in aluminum wires action are superior than that in brass wires action.
