摘　　要：目的探讨放射治疗对复发性直肠癌的治疗效果。方法45例复发性直肠癌行放射治疗，剂量40-70cy，常规分割方法。结果放射治疗后会阴部疼痛、出血症状均有减轻，乃至消失，会阴部肿块放射治疗后缩小1／2以上者占62．22％（28／45）。结论放射治疗在直肠癌术后复发的治疗中起到减轻症状、使肿瘤缩小、延长生存期作用。Objective To discuss the effect of irradiation on pelvic cencer recurrence through retrospective analysis. Methods 45 patients with rectal cancer recurrence were given irradiation 40 - 70 Gy in norreal fractions. Results After irradiation, perineal pain and hemorrhage relieved or disappeared and 62. 22% patientswith perineal tumors reducedmore than 1/2 primaryvolume（28/45）.Condusion Radiotherapy can surely relieve the signs, decrease cance r volume and prolong life time.
