摘 要:编辑职业高原现象是指编辑在职业生涯发展的某一阶段由进一步增加的工作责任所引发的有关职业进步如晋升、流动等暂时停顿的心理与行为状态。编辑一旦陷入职业高原,将会呈现职业承诺降低、职业情感萎缩、职业角色模糊等心理和行为特征。编辑职业高原现象产生的原因复杂而多样,编辑缺少职业生涯进步机会、巨大职业压力的持续作用、付出与获得不相等及编辑个体因素等是主要根源。所以,应从编辑个体、编辑部和社会等不同层面着手解决编辑职业高原现象,以促进编辑职业生涯的健康发展。In the course of occupational development,the editors' occupational progress such as promoting, redeployment etc, which is lead by increasing work and incumbency, becomes stagnant in a certain stage. The mental state and behavior of edi- tor caused by such s^tion is editor's caner plateau phenomenon. Once the editor gets into the state of career plateau,his oc- cupational commitment will be lowered, his occupational emotion will be weakened, and his occupational role will be mixed up. Though the origins of phenomena of career plateau among journal editors are complex and various, the main reasons include: the lacks of oppommlty of career progress, the huge and consecutive pressure of occupation, the imbalance between paying out and ac- quiring,and individual factors of editors etc. So,in order to promote the healthy development of editors' career, we should solve the problem of career plateau from several levels, such as editor,editorial department and society etc.
