摘  要:城步峒茶是湖南四大地方群体种群之一,茶多酚含量达38.9%,儿茶素总量为268.12mg/g,高于国际著名品种肯尼亚种,是湖南省茶产业中的特色资源。20世纪80年代,城步县曾对峒茶进行了大面积推广,推广面积一度达130hm2,形成每年200t以上的出口规模,为湖南省茶叶出口做出了重要贡献。根据峒茶资源特点、基础条件以及当前生产现状,提出了加快城步峒茶产业化发展的思路,对进一步满足不断增长的特种茶消费需求,更好地开发利用城步峒茶这一珍稀茶树资源,将山区资源优势转化为区域经济优势,促进民族地区茶叶产业增产增效、茶农增收等进行了探讨。As one of the four species of the original tea species group in Hunan province, Duntsa tea contains 38.9% tea polyphenols and 268.12 mg/g total EC, Which higher than distinguished varieties of Kenya. It is deemed to be the characteristic tea resource in Hunan province. In the 1980 s, the Duntsa tea had popularized in Chengbu county with a large area, which had been reached to 130 hm^2, and the export scale of Duntsa was more than 200 t per year. It made a significant contribution to tea export of Hunan province. According to the characteristics of Duntsa tea resources, fundamental conditions and the status quo of production, the strategies of accelerating industrialization of Duntsa tea were proposed in this paper, which were as follows: further satisfying the continuous increasing consumption demands of special tea; better utilizing and developing Duntsa tea; translating mountain area resources superiority into regional economic advantage; promoting the increasing production and efficiency of tea and increasing income of tea farmers in minority area.
