摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)和NIST谱库分析,鉴定了当归、川芎及其药对的超临界CO2提取物中的主要挥发性成分,并做了相关比较。结果表明:当归、川芎的超临界提取物中最主要的挥发油成分均为内酯类化合物,但川芎中挥发油成分的种类和含量明显多于当归。混合的超临界提取物与分别提取物的成分无明显差异,但在成分的含量上有一定的提高。The main volatile components in SFE-CO2 extracts of radix Angelicae sinensis, rhizoma chuanxiong and their drug partnership were analyzed by GC-MS. The varieties and contents of the volatile components in the four SFE-CO2 extracts were compared. The most volatile oil was lactones all in the four SFE-CO2 extracts, but the varieties and contents of volatile oils in rhizoma chuanxiong were higher than those of in radix Angelicae sinensis. The varieties of mixed SFE-CO2 extract had no significant difference, with individual though the contents slightly increased.
