摘 要:室内采用Y型嗅觉仪分别测定苯乙醛与苯甲醛、水杨醛、水杨酸甲酯按不同配比(32:1、16:1、8:1、4:1、2:1,体积比)混配后得到的二元混配物对酪蝇成虫的引诱效果。结果显示:苯乙醛与水杨醛混配,各配比混配物对雌、雄虫均有明显的引诱效果,随着水杨醛比例的增加,混配物对雄虫的引诱效果逐渐增强,但对雌虫的引诱效果之间没有显著差异;苯乙醛与苯甲醛混配,混配比为32:1~8:1时,混配物对雌虫有明显的引诱效果,混配比为8:1时的混配物对雄虫有明显的引诱效果;苯乙醛与水杨酸甲酯混配后则显著降低苯乙醛对雄虫的引诱效果,而两者的混配比为8:1~4:1时,混配液对雌虫有明显的引诱效果。Choice responses in Y-tube olfactometer of adults of skipper cheese, Piophila casei to binary blends of phenylacetaldehyde with three aromatic chemicals including benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, and methyl salicylate at different ratio of 32:1, 16:1, 8:1, 4:1, 2:1 (by vol) were tested in laboratory. Both sexes'of the insect species were more attracted when salicylaldehyde was present with phenylacetaldehyde at the all ratios than when phenylacetaldehyde alone and attractiveness of the mixture was enhanced with increasing salicylaldehye ratio. Binary blends of phenylacetaldehyde and benzaldehyde at the ratios ranging from 32:1 to 8:1 demonstrated more significant attractiveness to females than phenylacetaldehyde alone, and to males only at the ratio of 8:1. Male responses decreased significantly when phenylacetaldehyde was mixed with methyl salicylate at the all ratios, but more females showed choices for the mixture at the ratios ranging from 8:1 to 4:1 than for phenylacetaldehye alone.
