疏肝利胆和胃法治疗胆汁返流性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝利胆和胃法治疗胆汁返流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效。方法:临床选择符合诊断标准的78例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组42例给予疏肝利胆和胃法治疗,对照组36例给予西药胃达喜治疗。结果:临床研究显示,治疗组总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为80.56%,两组总有效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝利胆和胃法治疗胆汁返流性胃炎疗效理想。Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of Shugan Lidan Hewei Method in treating Bile Reflux Gastritis （BRG）. Methods ：78 cases of BRG were divided into two groups randomly. The 42 cases of treatment group were treated with Shugan Lidan Hewei Method while the 36 case of control group were treated with Weidaxi orally. Results： The clinical study has showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24% , while of the control group was 80. 56%. The difference was significant in statistics（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Shugan Lidan Hewei Method is effective in treating BRG.
