摘　　要：抑癌基因PTEN与细胞骨架张力蛋白同源，在人类癌症中存在普遍的突变。PTEN蛋白具有脂质磷酸酶和蛋白磷酸酶活性，通过多种机制对肿瘤细胞的存活、增殖、浸润和血管新生产生重要影响。随着研究深入，发现PTEN与关节炎、白血病等疾病相关。该文就PTEN的结构、功能和PTEN与疾病的关系做一综述。Anti-oncogene PTEN,a homology of cytoskeletal tension was mutated frequently in human cancers. PTEN has lipids phosphatase and protein phosphatase activities and profoundly impacts on tumor cell survival,proliferation,invasion and angiogenesis through multiple mechanisms. With the research deepening,PTEN was found to correlate with arthritis and leukemia. This review summarized PTEN＇s gene structure,function and its relationship to disease.
