痢疾志贺氏菌(Sh.dysenteriae)对荷瘤小鼠免疫保护及作用机制初报

摘　　要：本文以荷瘤小鼠为模型，初步观察了痢疾志贺氏菌（Ｓｈ．ｄｙｓｅｎｔｅｒｉａｅ）的抗瘤作用。结果显示：痢疾志贺氏菌能显著抑制ＤＢＡ小鼠的移植性肿瘤Ｌ５１７８Ｙ、Ｐ８１５的生长，提高荷瘤小鼠的生存率，痢疾志贺氏菌还能提高荷瘤小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞和脾脏ＮＫ细胞杀瘤活性。痢疾处理的荷瘤小鼠脾脏及腹腔渗出非粘附细胞无杀瘤活性，而痢疾处理的荷瘤小鼠脾脏非粘附细胞和经痢疾处理的正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞混合后可表现出协同杀瘤活性。he L5178Y, P815 tumor-bearing DBA/2 mice injected with Sh.dysenteriae showed a high potential immunity.The potential cytostatic effect on tumor cells was detected in the peritoneal macrophages, but not in the nonadherent spleen cells, On the other hand, nonadherent spleen cells from the tumor-bearing mice ,when mixed with Sh. dysenteriae induced macrophages, exhibited a specifical potential antitumor effect.
