摘　　要：以某轿车的盘式制动器为研究对象,采用正交试验和回归分析相结合的方法,通过正交试验设计进行测试,根据试验数据建立盘式制动器的瞬时摩擦系数受压力、速度、温度3个主要使用因素影响的计算方程。A type of disk brake of passenger car is taken as the testing object, a series of practical tests were conducted with combination of orthogonal test and regression analysis, a formula described transient friction coefficient of disk brake was deduced from test data on the basis of three main factors which are pressure,speed and temperature.
