摘　　要：以市场需求为起点,基于东方红X700H～X900H的开发程序及思路,介绍了如何强化产品开发的控制及管理,对产品的开发结果进行了可控性预测,提高了产品开发的成功率和产品适应性,加快了产品开发速度。实践表明该方法开发的东方红X700H～X900H系列拖拉机获得了满意的市场效果。Based on the market demands, and the development procedure and thinking for DFH X700H- X900H tractors,the paper introduced how to strenghten the control and management of the product development, and predicted the result of the product development. All these can help to improve the success rate of the product development and product adoptability,accelerate the development speed. The practice shows that the DFH X700H - X900H series tractors developed by using this method gain satisfactory market effect.
