摘 要:基于高压共轨柴油机保护系统,对比分析了传统内燃机的机械保护与高压共轨柴油机保护的差异性,结合内燃机的保护对其性能和排放的相互影响进行了系统研究。提出了针对制动、过热、过载、超速、冒烟及涡轮的保护策略,并通过斜坡函数进行了实时计算。利用INCA和ASCET软件进行主要MAP的标定和控制策略的仿真。将该控制策略在某型号内燃机上进行台架试验,结果表明:采用的控制策略可有效地实现发动机保护。Based on high pressure common rail diesel engine protection system, the differences between traditional engine protection mechanics and high pressure common rail diesel engine protection system were contrasted and analyzed, and the influences of engine protection on engine performance and emissions were systematically studied. The protection strategies for brake, overheat, overload, over-speed, exhaust smoke and turbocharger were proposed and the real-time calculation was conducted by using ramp function. The calibration of main MAP and the simulation of control strategy were carried out by using INCA and ASCET software. The test results show that the diesel engine protection can be effectively improved through this control strategy.
