摘　　要：侦查监督工作,有利于及时纠正侦查活动中的违法现象,保证侦查活动正确、合法地进行,保证刑事诉讼任务的顺利完成。但是,毋庸讳言,受传统法律文化的影响,诸多执法行为中的偏差阻碍了侦查监督职能的有效发挥。因此应对刑事侦查监督制度加以完善。Investigation and Supervision of work is conducive to timely detection of events to correct violations, the investigation activities to ensure the correct and legal. However, by the impact of traditional legal culture, a number of law enforcement bias in the conduct of the investigation impeded effective oversight function. Monitoring system to deal with the criminal investigation is therefore to be improved.
