摘 要:目的:探讨山楂降脂作用及其有效部位。方法:把山楂分离成总黄酮、残渣、浸膏3个组分,每种组分取4个剂量水平。16只金黄地鼠按直接设计方案进行实验。每周测定血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯。结果:山楂总黄酮、残渣及其交互作用与TC、TG呈显著性负相关。结论:总黄酮是山楂降脂作用的主要成分,残渣可加强总黄酮降TG的作用。Objective: To investigate the blood lipid decreasing components of hawthorn. Methods: Hawthorn was separated into 3 components: Flavonoids (F), Wasted (W) and Plaster (P) and 4 dosage levels in each. Experiment was arranged on the basis of Random Design using 16 male golden hamsters. TC and TG were measured once a week. Results: F, W and the interaction between them significantly decrease blood TC, TG. The best effective dosage is 0. 15mg/kg. wt. Conclusion: Flavonoids is the main effective ingredient of hawthorn on blood TC, TG. W. improve the effects of F on blood TG.
