摘　　要：要保证大学科研顺利和高水平地发展,必须配之以一套完善的运行机制。研究美国大学科研的决策机制、投资机制、组织机制和管理机制等的操作运行,将有助于促进我国大学科研的良好运行与发展。To ensure successful and high-level development of scientific research in universities,it must configure a set of perfect running mechanism.It will help us to advance the well running and development of scientific research in universities in China to research the decision-making mechanism,investing mechanism,organizing mechanism and running mechanism of scientific research in American universities.
