摘  要:将纳米无机复合粒子与其他功能助剂制备成功能母粒后直接在三层共挤棚膜机组上生产纳米无机粒子改性棚膜,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,该棚膜的力学功能得到了提高,透光率提高了2%,雾度提高了1%;经实验室加速劣化和实际铺晒试验,该棚膜的使用寿命可提高一倍;通过紫外光谱和红外光谱确定了该棚膜具有紫外线屏蔽功能的同时具有优良的保温性能。The nano-inorganic composite particles prepared with other functional additive and got functional masterbatch, which could produce agriculture film modified with inorganic nano-particles directly on the three unit's co-extruded films machines. And its properties were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the agriculture film had been enhanced, the light transmittance increased by 2% , haze increased by 1% ; by laboratory accelerating aging and praetieal exposure tests, doubled the life of the films; through the UV spectra and IR spectra, determined the greenhouse film was with ultraviolet rays shielding function, and had excellent thermal insulation properties.
