摘 要:目的采用行动研究探讨护士职业倦怠的干预实践。方法按照Lewin提出的行动研究框架,分诊断、计划、行动、评估、改进五个阶段探讨护士职业倦怠的有效干预途径及评估成效,活动中强调研究者与被研究者共同参与讨论设计整个过程。结果干预实践1年后,被干预护士群体的职业倦怠及压力源感知均有显著性改善,但访谈中护士个人成就感不高的现象仍然普遍。结论行动研究适合于护士职业倦怠的干预研究,特别是它能从整合的角度结合单位实际情况采取有效的行动。Objective To evaluate the effects of action research as an intervention approach to reducing nurse's job burnout. Methods According of the steps of Lewin's action research,the cycle of action research including diagnosing,action planning,action taking,evaluating,specifying learning was applied to reduce nurses' job burnout. The other key feature of the activity was the partnership collaborative element. Results One year later,the nurses' job burnout and perception to job stressers decreased significantly,but low personal accomplishment was still popular among nurses in the interview. Conclusion Action research is suitable as a paradigm for the intervention of nurses' job burnout,particularly because it is a more holistic approach that can be tailored to fit the needs of specific hospital.
