摘　　要：对门诊药房排队管理系统使用前后的情况进行对比分析,介绍门诊药房排队管理系统的流程,包括处方打印系统、处方信息上屏系统、发药终端、LED控制系统,近而为患者提供优质服务。The paper carries out comparison on the situation before and after adopting the queue management system at out -patient pharmacy, introduces the process of this system, including prescription printing system, information - on - board system, dispending terminal and LCD control system, in order to offer better service for all patients.
