80例中央型肺癌8层螺旋CT的诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨80例中央型肺癌8层螺旋CT的诊断效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院2006～2008年收治的中央型肺癌患者80例的CT表现及与病理诊断结果的比较。结果CT见肺门区肿块45例,9例诊断为肺门淋巴结核;CT临床T分期中的T1、T2、T3、T4各期诊断结果与病理诊断比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论MSCT作为诊断中央型肺癌的无创性诊断,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate diagnosis results of 80 cases central type lung cancer. Methods To retrospective analyze,to analyze coiling CT results and pathologic diagnosis results of 80 cases central type lung cancer in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. Results There were 45 cases hilum of lung lumps,9 cases crewels of hilum of lung by CT;The T1,T2,T3,T4 all stage of diagnosis results in Clinical T staging by CT,which compared with pathologic diagnosis results,had no difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion MSCT was less traumatic occlusion diagnosis,which diagnosis central type lung cancer,which was worth to be used in clinic.
