摘　　要：介绍溶菌酶分离纯化综合性实验开设的背景、课程改革的思路以及实施过程。通过开设综合性实验,对生物工程下游技术课程中分散的实验教学内容进行改革,极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣,对其他医药院校改革生物工程下游技术实验教学有一定的参考意义。The background, ideas of innovation and implementation process of the comprehensive experiment ＂separation and purification of lysozyme＂ was introduced. By the comprehensive experiment, the separate experiment content of the course of downtown engineering of hiotechnology was reformed and the interest of students were greatly inspired. This work have a certain reference value to other medical schools for the innovation of the experiment teaching system of downtown engineering of biotechnology.
