摘　　要：在分析医疗美容与医疗救治区别的基础上,探讨医疗美容纠纷与医疗救治纠纷在法律性质上、民事诉讼等方面的不同之处,以期为相关纠纷更加公正、合理地解决提供帮助。This thesis not only discusses the difference of medical cosmetology and medical treatment,but also discusses the difference of medical cosmetology controversy and medical treatment controversy in the legal nature and the civil suit.
