摘　　要：PH-5型粉喷桩机搅拌方向单一、浆液浪费量大,特别是随着加固深度的增加,喷浆口压力的增大,浆液不能有效地渗入到土体中,经其加固的地基在一定程度上显得单位面积承载力不够,沉降量过大,无法保证重载路基较长久的使用寿命和安全性。在不改变原PH-5型粉喷桩机结构及操作方法的前提下,对该桩机进行升级改造,改造后的桩机能够实现内外钻杆同时反向同轴旋转,使连接在内外钻杆上的钻头进行双向搅拌和钻进,可有效地控制返浆,改善搅拌均匀性,提高桩体强度、成桩速度和成桩质量。Model PH-5 DJM pile machine can only present single direction rotation and there is a large volume of grout wasting. Especially with increased stabilizing depth, the pressure at the grout injecting nozzle is increasing so that the grout can't be seeped into soil effectively. The foundations solidified by the machine show inadequate unit area load supports to some extent so excessivesedimentation occurs, which can't ensure longer service life and safety for heavy-duty road bases. Under the preconditions of remaining original structure and opcration mode of the machine, it is updated and modified. After the improvement, the machine can realize reversing and coaxial rotation of the inside drill rod and outside drill rod at the same time so that the drill heads attached on the inside and outside rods can realize bidirectional mixing while drilling, which can effectively control grout returning and improve mixing evenness sothe pile strength, pile constructing speed and quality areall increased.
