摘  要:利用集中参数模型,考虑了系统的弹性、能量损失、系统分离等影响因素分析内燃机配气机构的动力学规律。利用单自由度模型计算气门升程、速度、加速度等,分析气门与气门座冲击带来的影响。通过对配气机构进行单自由度动力学分析,发现配气机构在气门开启和气门关闭时均有较剧烈的振动,转速越高,振动就越剧烈。A lumped-parameter model of an internal combustion engine's valve train was developed for the analysis of the dynamic behavior. The model took into account several factors, such as flexibility of system, loss of energy, separation of system and so on. The valve lift, velocity and acceleration were predicted by a single degree of freedom model. Also the influence of impact between valve and valve seat was analyzed. The results showed that serious vibration would occur when the valve opened and closed, and became more serious with the increments of the cam shaft speed.
