摘 要:五自由度气浮台主要是在地面模拟微小卫星运行时太空中的微重力环境,为卫星姿态控制及变轨飞行提供地面试验手段。气浮台平动时会受到一定的侧向干扰力,不但对系统的控制带来干扰,而且会减少冷气推进系统的有效作用时间。因此对侧向干扰力问题进行研究,归纳了其产生的原因,对引起侧向力的环境、偏载、摩擦、风阻和工作台面等几个因素进行了理论分析和试验,并提出了相应降低侧向干扰力的方法和措施,最终使五自由度气浮台受到的总侧向干扰力达到设计要求。The five degrees of freedom air-bearing spacecraft simulator is designed for the purpose of simulating micro satellites autonomous attitude control and orbital maneuver because it can provide a very low friction and 0-g environment in an Earth-bound laboratory. When the simulator is in translation, it is influenced by lateral disturbance force which brings disturbance and reduces the useful effect time of propulsion system. Therefore, a series of reasons which produce lateral disturbance force have been researched, such as the environment, the offset load, the friction, the wind resistance and the working table. Several methods and measures are proposed to reduce lateral disturbance force. With these methods, total lateral disturbance force of the simulator can reach the design requirements.
