摘 要:"电子篱笆"型空间监视雷达利用多测站测向数据交叉定位获取空间目标的点迹测量,多目标同时观测时会产生虚假定位点。针对此问题,提出了一种基于空间目标轨道运动特征的测向数据关联算法。该方法利用目标多普勒测量值,结合不同测向数据关联方式下得到的目标空间位置,独立计算出各测站下目标的轨道倾角(称为多普勒倾角)。基于各测站计算的轨道倾角差异度,考虑虚警与漏警后构建代价函数,筛选出代价最小者完成测向数据的关联。仿真实验表明,对于绝大多数空间目标,多普勒倾角的计算精度高,数据正确关联概率高,验证了方法的有效性和实用性。NAVSPASUR-type Space Surveillance Radar acquires the position of space objects by cross location. The deghosting problem appears in the situation of multi-target observing. Aim at this problem, a novel approach is proposed which is based on the orbit characteristic of space objects. First, the target position is determined by cross location. Then using the doppler measurement and target position, the DI (doppler-inclination) of space objects are obtained for each receivers. Considering the difference of DI and effect caused by false and miss alarm, the cost function for data association is founded. The association which cost least is chosen to be the real association. Results of simulations show that the approach gets high accuracy of DI for most targets and the probability of correct association is high. The feasibility and efficiency of this approach is demonstrated by the simulations.
