摘　　要：目的比较3种青鹏膏剂的体外透皮吸收情况。方法进行体外透皮实验,以没食子酸为含量测定指标成分,采用HPLC法检测透过及滞留在皮肤内的没食子酸含量。结果样品A透皮效果明显优于其他2种市售样品。结论不同基质处方的青鹏膏剂经皮性质差异显著。A/M To compare the percutaneous absorption in vitro of three kinds of Qingpeng ointments. METHODS Taking gallic acid as an index, the cumulative amount and drug concentration in the skin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS Sample A performed the highest accumulative drug concentration both in the reception and the skin. CONCLUSION Different formulations of the base cause the difference in percutaneous absorption.
