摘　　要：食品工业的飞速发展带动了真空预冷技术的快速发展。以西门子公司的S7—200型PLC为例,介绍了PLC在真空预冷试验台中的应用。实验证明,PLC在真空预冷实验装置中安全可靠、经济实用、操作维护方便、自动化程度高,可满足试验要求。The rapid development of food industry leads to the rapid development of the vacuum cooling technology. This article introduces the application of the PLC in the vacuum pre-cooling equipment and takes Siemens S7-200 type PLC as an example. Experimental result shows that PLC can meet the test requirements because it is safe, reliable, economical, convenient for operation, easy for maintenance and has a high degree of automation.
