摘 要:[目的]研究狗尾草地上部分挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏获得狗尾草叶挥发油,通过GC/MS技术,结合计算机检索对其中具体化学成分进行了分析和鉴定。并用峰面积归一法计算了各个组分的相对含量。[结果]分离鉴定了其中50个化合物,占挥发油总量的90.97%。[结论]狗尾草挥发油中含量在3%以上的组分有:苯甲醛(32.57%),苯甲醇(3.75%),2,3-二氢苯并呋喃(4.71%),4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基-苯酚(6.19%),反式-β-紫罗兰酮(4.72%),十五酸(5.68%)。[结论]该方法为进一步开发利用狗尾草的药用价值提供科学依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from aerial part of L. graci/e Brongn. [ Method ] The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation. Chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization. [ Result ] Fifty volatile compounds were isolated and identified, accounting for 90. 97% of the total oil. The main compounds with contents over 3% (V/V) were as follows: benzaldehyde (32.57%) ; benzyl alcohol (3.75%) ; 2, 3-Dihydrobenzofuran (4. 71% ) ; 4-Hydroxy-2-methoxystyrene ( 6. 19% ) ; ( E )-β-ionone (4. 72% ) ; pentadecanoic acid (5.68%). [ Conclusion] The method could provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of medicinal value of L. graci/e Brongn.
