通道化噎丸对食管癌细胞端粒酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通道化噎丸含药血清对食管癌Eca-109细胞端粒酶活性的影响,探讨该药抑瘤诱导凋亡的作用机制。方法:以不同浓度的含药血清孵育体外培养的人食管癌Eca-109细胞,检测其端粒酶的活性变化。结果:通道化噎丸含药血清可显著降低食管癌细胞端粒酶的表达,低、中、高剂量组与空白组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:通道化噎丸可下调Eca-109细胞的端粒酶活性,从而诱导食管癌细胞凋亡,抑制转移,改善肿瘤预后。Objective： To observe the effects of the drug serum containing Tongdao Huaye Pellets on the telomerase activity of esophageal cancer Eca-109 ceils, and explore the mechanism of the pellets＇ inducing apoptosis. Methods： The human esophageal cancer cells were cultivated in vitro with different concentrations of drug serum, the changes of telomerase activity were detected. Results： The drug serum containing Tongdao Huaye Pellets significantly reduced the expressions of telomerase of esophageal cancer cells. Compared with the blank group, the high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group showed significant difference （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tongdao Huaye Pellets can lower the telomerase activity of esophageal cancer Eta-109 cells, and further induce esophageal cancer apoptosis, restrain metastasis, and improve the prognosis of tumor.
