XERICO和Tyr-rich HRGP双价基因植物表达载体的构建

摘　　要：以拟南芥基因组DNA为模板,通过特异性PCR扩增,克隆了逆境诱导表达启动子rd29A和XERICO基因、组织特异性启动子PAL2和Tyr-rich HRGP基因。构建了pBrd-XERICO-PAL2-tyr-rich HRGP-nos双价基因植物表达载体,并将其导入根癌农杆菌EHA105中。With genomic DNA from arabidopsis thaliana as the template, the stress-inducible promoter rd29A and XERICO gene, tissue-specific promoter PAI2 and Tyr-rich HRGP gene were cloned through specific PCR amplification. The plant expression vector with bivalent genes pbrd-XERlCO-PAI2-tyr-rich HRGP-nos was constructed and it was introduced into agrobacterium tumefaeiens EHA 105.
