摘  要:[目的]研究用含有丰富营养的菠萝皮代替蔗糖对栽培黑木耳的影响。[方法]采用2因素3水平试验设计比较了不同培养基配方对黑木耳菌丝生长和产量的影响。[结果]在9种不同配方的培养基中,黑木耳菌丝均能正常生长。配方7、8、9的培养基中菌丝生长速度最快,与配方6、5、4、3、2、1的培养基中菌丝生长速度差异极显著。配方7、8、9的培养基中菌丝生长速度无显著差异。当配方中的菠萝皮达到杂木屑的12%时,不添加蔗糖也可使菌丝的生长速度达到最快。配方7、8、9的培养基中黑木耳平均产量最高,与其他6种配方的差异极显著。配方7、8、9的培养基中黑木耳平均产量无显著差异。当配方中的菠萝皮达到杂木屑的12%时,不添加蔗糖也可使黑木耳产量达到最高。[结论]用菠萝皮代替蔗糖栽培黑木耳是可行的。[ Objective ] The purpose was to research the influences of replacing sucrose with pineapple peel with rich nutrition on cultivated Auricularia auricula. [ Method] The influences of different medium formulas on the mycelial growth and yield of A. auricular were compared through the experiment design with 2 factors and 3 levels. [ Result ] In the 9 media with different formulas, all of A. auricular mycelia could grow normally. The mycelia in the media with formulas 7, 8 and 9 grew fastest and their mycelial growth speeds had extremely significant difference from that in the media with formulas 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. There was no significant difference among the mycelial growth speeds in the media with formulas 7, 8 and 9. When the pineapple peel in formula accounted for 12% in weed tree sawdust, the mycelia could grew fastest in the media without sucrose. The average A. auricular yields on the media with formulas 7, 8 and 9 were highest and had extremely significant difference from that on the media with the other 6 formulas. There was no significant difference among the average A. auricular yields on the media with formulas 7, 8 and 9. When the pineapple peel in formula accounted for 12% in weed tree sawdust, the A. auricular yield could reach highest on the media without sucrose. [ Conclusion] The cultivation of A. auricular with pineapple peel instead of sucrose was feasible.
