摘 要:分析了鼓形环油膜特性。引用D.Childs和H.Moes等对柱形环油膜阻抗矢量分析方法,推导鼓形环油膜阻抗矢量,并导出鼓形环油膜刚度和油膜阻尼的瞬时一般表达式。这为进一步研究具有鼓形环油膜的转子系统的动力稳定性问题提供了分析基础。最后,以全油膜、短轴承为例,数值分析鼓形环油膜的油膜特性,并给出油膜几何形状改动的影响因子无量纲表达式。数例结果表明:当偏心率较小时,鼓形环油膜的瞬时油膜刚度比柱形环油膜的油膜刚度大,而油膜阻尼变化不大;当偏心率增加时,其瞬时油膜刚度略有下降。An analysis for oil film performance in a drum squeeze film damper is presented. The impedance vector of drum oil film is driven by applying Childs′method, which is used in analyzing cylindrical oil film. The stiffness and damping coefficients of drum oil film are formulated. This is a base for analyzing a rotor stability with a drum squeeze film damper. As an example, these coefficients of (2π film)short bearing are calculated and the effect factor of oil film configuration on oil film performance is written out. The data shows that oil film stiffness of a drum oil film is greater than that of cylindrical oil film and oil film damping is slight similar if eccentricity is small. But when the eccentricity is increased the oil film stiffness will be dropped and oil film damping incresed.
