摘  要:目的了解分离自浙江大学医学院附属第一医院的多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDR-ABA)转座酶基因(tnp513)存在状况。方法对2007年11月-2008年2月从住院患者中分离的62株MDR-ABA,采用聚合酶链反应及序列分析的方法检测tnp513基因。结果62株中有35株阳性,阳性率56.45%;任选2株tnp513基因PCR阳性产物经直接全自动荧光法测序,并作BLASTn比对,与美国NCBI中已登录的94条tnp513(orf513)一致。结论MDR-ABA存在严重的β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、四环素和复方新诺明等多药耐药状况,与tnp513转座酶基因携带率高有关,在MDR-ABA中检出的tnp513基因为中国大陆地区首次报道。OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of transposase gene (tnp513) in multi-drug resistant Acinetobacterbaumannii (MDR-ABA), isolated from the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University. METHODS Sixty-two strains of MDR-ABA were isolated from the inpatients between Nov 2007 and Feb 2008, the tnp513 genes were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction and verified by DNA sequencing. RESULTS Of 62 MDR-ABA strains, the positive rate of tnp513 genes was 56.45% (35 strains). Two of them were randomly selected to DNA sequencing, and compared with BLASTn, the result indicated that they were in coincidence with tnp513(orf513) registered in the United States(NCBI). CONCLUSIONS The positive rate of the genetic marker of tnp513 gene for MDR-ABA is high in this paper. The serious multi-drug resistance status of MDR-ABA to β-lactain, aminoglycosides, quinolones, tetracycline and sulfamethoxazole, is related to tnp513 gene. And this is the first report of tnp513 gene in MDR-ABA in China.
