摘　　要：本科生导师制作为一种有效的方式,正在被越来越多的大学所采用,近年来,我国许多高校也陆续实行本科生导师制,以此来弥补传统本科生教育管理模式的弊端,本文将针对我国高校实施本科生导师制过程中遇到的问题,提出进一步完善本科生导师的相关对策。As an effective method of teaching, tutorial system is employed by an increasing number of universities. In recent years, many universities are gradually tempted to utilize the tutorial system in order to compensate the defects in the traditional patterns of undergraduate＇s teaching and management. This article will sincerely propose some approaches to perfect the tutorial system functioned on undergraduates, especially when our universities are faced on the great puzzles in fulfilling this system.
