摘　　要：中职学校教学改革对教师队伍素质提出了新要求。如何将青年教师培养成合格的中职教师，必须有机制和制度的保障。本文在分析合格中职教师必备的基本素质基础上，提出了学校培养青年教师的机制和制度框架，对形成完善的培养机制和制度体系有一定的参考价值和指导意义。The duty school educational reform set the new request to the teacher troop quality. How trains the young teacher the qualified duty teacher, must have the mechanism and the system safeguard. This article in the analysis qualified duty teacher＇s necessary basic quality foundation, proposed the school trained young teacher＇s mechanism and the system frame, to form the perfect raise mechanism and the institutional framework have certain reference value and the guiding sense.
